- Passer sur le dessus du gâteau du jaune d’œuf que le gâteau puisse bien dorer. Faire des dessins à l’aide d’une fourchette
- Cuire 30 minutes à 200 degrés
- Note : pour que le gâteau soit plus moelleux, doubler la quantité de crème pâtissière
