  2. Dans le bol du robot battre le beurre avec le sucre, le sucre vanillé eh le sel, jusqu’à l’obtention d’un mélange crémeux.
  3. Ajoutez lez œufs 1 par un en mélangeant bien pour les incorporer.
  4. Rajouter le zeste de citron.
  5. Rajouter la farine, la maizena et la poudre a lever.
  6. Beurrer un moule à tarte 18 cm de diamètre et verser moirer de la pâte obtenue. Enfourner pour 35 minutes.
  7. À la sortie du four, laisser la génoise refroidir complètement et répéter l’opération avec la deuxième moitié de pâte.
  8. Dans le bol du robot battre la crème liquide avec le sucre et le sucre vanillé. Quand la crème épaissit rajouter le mascarpone petit à petit.
  9. Égoutter bien l’ananas (garder environ 200 ml de sirop) et l’émietter avec le blender. Laisser encore égoutter. Une fois bien égoutté, le rajouter à la crème.
  10. Pour préparer le sirop il faut mélanger les ingrédients.
  11. Découper les génoises en deux.
  12. Tremper la première tranche de sirop et mettre une bonne couche de crème.
  13. Répéter la procédure jusqu’à la fin.
  14. Laisser bien refroidir et décorez selon vos envies. Pour moi s’était vite fait, déco printemps avec une pulvérisation doré sur les côtés.
