- Pour le ganache : Mettre le chocolat en morceau dans le robot et mixer 5 secondes vitesse 10.
- Insérer la crème puis programmer 7 minutes à 70 °C vitesse 3. Mettre dans un récipient avec du film alimentaire au contact et mettre au frais avec la boule de pâte.
- Le façonnage des biscuits : Au bout des deux heures, étaler la pâte sur 2 mm d’épaisseur.
- Découper les formes à l’emporte pièce puis disposez-les sur une plaque à pâtisserie. Dessiner des petits visages sur la moitié des biscuits. Enfournez pour 10-12 min dans un four préchauffé à 180°C. Ils doivent être joliment dorés.
- Laisser refroidir à température ambiante sur une grille.
- Le montage : Déposer une noisette de ganache sur la moitié des biscuits et recouvrir d’un biscuit visage.
