- Sur la couche du bas, faire un boudin de protection (afin que le curd ne sorte pas du gâteau), si la ganache est trop dure, la passer par tranche de 15 secondes au micro-ondes, la travailler.
- Fourrer du curd fraises à l'intérieur
- Recommencer ces étapes sur les différentes couches. Refermer le gâteau.
- Recouvrir par une première couche, le gâteau de ganache à la vanille, pour enfermer les miettes, lisser à l'aide d'une spatule. Laisser prendre environ 20 minutes au frigo. Recommencer cette étape une 2e fois afin que le résultat soit bien lisse.
- Décorer le gâteau selon les goûts, les envies, les évènements.... Pour moi ça sera thème Pâques. J'ai donc réalisé les pattes, queue, museau, et oreilles avec de la pâte à sucre.
- Poser les déco en humidifiant avec de l'eau l'arrière des décos.
- Faire une chantilly (⚠️ le bol et fouet doivent être au congélateur minimum 10 minutes et la crème liquide au frigo jusqu'au dernier moment), ajouter le sucre glace (personnellement à l'oeil) quand la chantilly commence à prendre.
- Partager la chantilly en plusieurs bol et ajouter le colorant de votre choix.
- Mettre dans une poche à douille et s'amuser! Laisser libre court à l'imagination.
