Portez à ébullition puis faites réduire sur feu moyen, jusqu’à obtention d’un sirop légèrement épais.
- A la sortie du four, démoulez le gâteau, le mettre sur une assiette, piquez le gâteau plusieurs fois avec un pic en bois, puis versez le sirop encore chaud sur toute la surface. ;) Laissez reposer une dizaine de minutes avant de le couper ;) Dégustez-le pendant qu’il est encore tiède Un délice
