- Dresser votre assiette avec votre poulet au centre et les frites autour, quelques lamelles de votre peau du citron confit, vos œufs quelques olives autour votre sauce sur le dessus du poulet et un peu dans des assiettes individuelles finir avec un peu de persil frais et déguster
