  6. 40 g beurre

Ajouter les carottes coupées en rondelles, avec l'huile d'olive et un peu d'eau env 20 g. Fermer le bol et lancer 6 min / 100°C / Vit 1, en sens inverse. Transvaser et réserver dans un récipient.
  2. Ajouter le fouet, bien faire attention a bien le caler. Mettre la farine, l'eau, les deux cubes de bouillon, le fond de volaille, le beurre coupé en morceaux, et lancer 7min / 90°C / Vit3.
  3. Mettre ensuite les dés d'escalope de poulet, les champignons émincés, les carottes réservées, une pincée de poivre, fermer le bol, et lancer la cuisson 16 min / 90°C / vit Cuillère en sens inverse. A la sonnerie ajouter le jaune d’œuf et la crème fraîche, puis relancer encore 2 min / 90°C / vit Cuillère en sens inverse. Servir chaud avec du riz blanc.
  4. Pour la version SANS Thermomix® :
  5. La recette est bien sûr possible sans robot cuiseur. Dans une petite marmite, faire suer les oignons émincés dans l'huile d'olive, ajouter ensuite les carottes et couvrir d'eau (juste de quoi couvrir les carottes). Laisser cuire sur feu moyen pendant environ 10 minutes.
  6. Pendant ce temps, dans une autre marmite un peu plus grande, préparer un roux avec le beurre et la farine, puis couvrir d'eau avec le bouillon, et le fond de volaille, bien mélanger au fouet pour ne pas avoir de grumeaux, on veut une consistance crémeuse et homogène. Une fois la bonne consistance obtenue, ajouter les dés de volaille, les champignons émincés, et les carottes préalablement cuites à part.
  7. Laisser cuire sur feu moyen en remuant régulièrement, une fois le poulet cuit, ajouter le jaune d’œuf et la crème. Mélanger de nouveau de façon à bien les intégrer à la préparation, et servir chaud avec du riz blanc.
