Filmez au contact avec du film alimentaire et mettre au frais pendant au moins deux heures.
- Une fois les deux heures passées montée votre ganache au batteur électrique
- Coupez le molly cake en deux placer votre premier disque sur une assiette mettre de la ganache dessus (mettez une bonne couche) et mettez votre second disque part dessus puis recouvrez entièrement votre gateau de ganache.Mettez le reste de la ganache dans une poche à douille et décorez votre gateau
- Mettez au frais jusqu'à dégustation
- Si vous souhaitez mettre des boulettes par dessus:
- Préchauffez votre four à 180°C
- Melanger les œufs et le Sucre ajouter la farine mélanger le lait melanger bien mettre dans un moule et enfournez pour 25/30 min surveillez la cuisson.
- Une fois cuit démoulez laissez refroidir puis émiettez dans un saladier ajouté le Nutella jusqu'à pouvoir faire des boulettes qui tienne bien
- Mettre au frais pendant une heure ensuite faites chauffez le chocolat ou le Nutella et enrober vos boulettes. Si vous le souhaitez mettez des billes ou vermicelles de couleurs part dessus pour les rendres plus joli laisser le chocolat secher et mettez les sur votre gateau puis remettez au frais.
