  5. Sortir du four quand ils sont cuits (la pointe d'un couteau pour le test, doit ressortir à peine humide), et laisser refroidir sur une grille. Ne reste plus qu'à patienter avant de les déguster sans se brûler, pour ma part je les ai trouvé suuuuper bons !!!! Une des meilleure recette de financiers que j'ai pu tester..
