  6. Faite fondre un peu de chocolat blanc au bain marie, versez dans une petite poche et servez vous en pour coller les 4 côtes de la cagette autour du gâteau, faite vous aidez et maintenez le tous avec une ficelle le temps de prise.
  7. Au moment de servir, répartissez tous les fruits sur la cagette.
