  9. 2 tsp red chilli powder
  10. 1 tsp dry coriander powder
  11. 4-5 slices raw mango or 1tablespoon tamarind pulp
  12. 2 tablespoons oil
  13. 2 medium tomatoes

  1. Roast the onion on direct flame or chop and saute in a pan.
  2. Once cooled, grind it along with garlic,ginger, corriander, green chillies
  3. Heat oil in a vessel or wok. Add the green paste, turmeric, red chilli powder,dry corriander powder and salt
  4. Saute everything and add the fish pieces.
  5. Add the chopped tomatoes and raw mango and cover and cook for 5mins on low flame.
  6. Add water and cook till the curry comes to a boil.
  7. Check for the salt and add if necessary.
  8. Garnish with some fresh corriander leaves and serve with steamed rice.
