- Casser ensuite les oeufs dans un bol et mélanger rapidement avec une spatule afin de les brouiller. Ajouter les dans le wok.
- Ajouter les vermicelles de riz précuits aux oeufs brouillés et mélanger avec les autres ingrédients contenus dans le wok.
- Arroser de quelques càs de sauce et mélanger, puis ajouter petit à petit le restant de sauce en laissant bien s'évaporer l'excés de sauce entre deux ajouts.
- Ajouter les pousses de soja et laisser chauffer quelques minutes à feu doux.
- Dans une poêle, faire revenir rapidement les dés de saumon marinés. Les dés de poisson doivent être bien dorés à l’extérieur tout en restant crus à l'intérieur.
