- Filmer au contact la ganache puis laisser la refroidir au réfrigérateur 1h
- Une fois la ganache refroidit, mixer la un peu à l’aide d’un batteur
- Dérouler la génoise puis ajouter la ganache
- Enrouler à nouveau la génoise puis couper les bords
