- Faites une ganache au chocolat. Mettez 300g de crème liquide à bouillir. Au moment de l'ébullition, versez de suite sur 300g de chocolat noir. Remuez à l'aide d'une cuillère en bois jusqu'à ce que tout soit fondu.
- Filmez et mettez au frais de suite jusqu'à refroidissement complet.
- Mettez la ganache au chocolat en poche avec une douille et décorer votre gâteau à votre guise.
