- Laver bien l'aubergine puis la couper en longueur. L'assaisonner de sel, poivre et ail puis la mettre dans la machine à barbecue.
- Préparer la béchamel.
- Ensuite poser un moule bien étalé avec de l'huile puis disposer l'aubergine coupée tout autour.
- Poser ensuite le riz au dessus de l'aubergine.
- Ajouter au dessus le poulet (le poser au dessus du riz)
- Verser au dessus du poulet la sauce tomate.
- Verser au dessus de la sauce tomate la béchamel puis bien étaler.
- Recouvrir tout ceci de morceaux d'aubergine qui se trouvent autour (ceux qui sont en bas dans les anciennes photos)
- Verser la quantité de béchamel restante. Puis bien l'étaler sur l'aubergine. Mettre enfin le gruyère au dessus.
- À la fin, mettre le plat au four à 180°C pendant 30 minutes. Bonne dégustation !
