- 1 tbsp Oil for veggies
- as required ghee for Flavor

- Start with taking oil,in a kadai,add veggies n fry all,and bring to aside into a plate...
Add 1 n 1/2 tsp ghee n crush khada masala,like cinnamon n elaichi n bay leaf, curry leaves.add salt n turmeric,it will generate a good colour
Add chilli powder n then veggies n pressure cooked arhar dal. - After 2 minutes serve hot with white boiled rice...
