- 1 cup Homemade Curd/ Thick Buttermilk
- 2 tbsp Gram Flour (Besan)
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- as per taste Salt
- 1 cup Water

- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Clarified Butter (Ghee)
- 2 tsp Cumin Seeds
