  2. LE JOUR DE LA FÊTE, rincez les haricots blancs et faites-les cuire (ça prend bien 1h à 1h15) Pendant ce temps vous pouvez vaquer à vos occupations. Vous pouvez chanter ou jouer du piano ou réviser votre italien ! (Pour cuire les haricots blancs, plongez-les dans une grande casserole remplie d’eau avec une pincée de bicarbonate. Si c’est pas cuit, c’est tout dur. Si c’est cuit, vous le saurez !)
  3. Faites fondre le chocolat à feu infiniment doux avec un rien d’eau.
  4. Faites chauffer le four à 180°.
  5. Mixez les haricots blancs et l’huile jusqu’à obtenir un mélange bien lisse.
  6. Ajoutez le sirop d’érable, le sel et les œufs. Mélangez bien.
  7. Ajoutez le chocolat fondu, mélangez et finissez avec les pépites de chocolat (à ajouter avec délicatesse).
  8. Enfournez pour 30°.
  9. Après démoulage, faites-lui faire un petit stage en frigo. Si vous avez des craintes pour le démoulage, vous pouvez créer un choc thermique. Posez votre gâteau quelques instants sur un bac à glaçons (juste sorti du surgé) et hop démoulage garanti !
