- ➡️1▪️Commencer par faire la crème pâtissière, porter le lait à frémissement avec 1 goutte d'arôme vanille, dans un grand bol, mettre jaune d'oeuf +sucre+maïzena, mélanger au fouet, mettre le lait frémissant progressivement dans la préparation et remettre tout dans la casserole et cuire tout en mélangeant pour obtenir la texture d'une crème. Versez la crème dans un autre récipient et couvrir à même d'un film alimentaire.
- 2▪️ la génoise Mixer jaune d'oeuf +sucre jusqu'à obtenir un mélange mousseux, ajoutez la farine + levure chimique tamisée progressivement, ajoutez les blancs d'oeuf délicatement avec une maryse de l'extérieur vers l'intérieur. Versez dans un moule à manqué recouvert de papier sulfurisé, enfoui dans un four préchauffé à 180 degrés pendant environ 20 minutes.
- Couper la génoise, humifier la avec le lait, mélanger la crème pâtissière, ajouter 2 cuillère de la crème montée en chantilly avec le sucre glace. Garnir l'intérieur de la genoise avec la crème et disposez les fraises coupées.
- D'étendre le masacarpone avec le batteur électrique, ajouter le reste de la chantilly, couvrir tout le gâteau avec la crème, et lissez bien les contours. Decorez avec les fraises, et les amandes effilées.
