Add dal mix. - Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, dry mango powder and salt.
- Mix and cook for five minutes. Remove from fire and keep aside.
- Make covering.
In large bowl add maida and salt mix well. - Pou in hot ghee and mix.
